My Story

Tiff Singleton is the founder of Spark Life Institute’s HVAC Training Program, created to bridge the gap between entry-level learning and real-world field readiness. With extensive hands-on experience and multiple industry certifications, Tiff designs training that reflects how HVAC work actually looks on job sites—not in classrooms.

Her approach is built around preventive maintenance, safety awareness, core system understanding, and jobsite professionalism. Rather than overwhelming students with theory, Tiff focuses on practical knowledge, visual learning, and confidence building—so trainees don’t just pass certifications, but show up prepared to work.

Spark Life Institute’s HVAC program was developed for individuals entering the trade, career changers, and PM technicians who need a strong foundation before advancing. The training emphasizes real equipment, real scenarios, and real expectations technicians face in residential and light commercial environments.

Tiff’s leadership philosophy is simple: HVAC training should prepare people for the field, not confuse them. Every lesson, walkthrough, and activity is designed to build clarity, accountability, and readiness—helping trainees step into the workforce with confidence and competence.

Through Spark Life Institute, Tiff continues to focus on one mission: creating HVAC professionals who understand the work, respect the trade, and are ready to contribute from day one.
