Our mission is to expand access to workforce training and life-stability resources for individuals facing barriers to employment—because talent should never be limited by circumstance.
We focus on removing obstacles so people can step into opportunity with confidence, dignity, and support.

What We Provide

We provide scholarships and sponsored seats for Spark Life workforce training programs, including HVAC and future vocational pathways.
🧰 Barrier-Removal Support
Funding and assistance for:
